• 94.99.13 1. The Exclusive Purpose of the Cooperative is the management and protection of the copyright-related rights of performers and singers. 2. The Cooperative manages the relative rights of the entitled performers/singers and their heirs and entities that hold a relative right and are entitled to a share of the revenues, resulting from the rights, including other collective management organizations, that meet the conditions of the Cooperative for the admission and membership registration and are accepted by him, in accordance with the conditions of the relevant legislative provisions and the present statute. 3. The Cooperative is obliged to manage the said rights, unless it has objectively justified reasons to refuse to undertake the management. 4. The Cooperative must act in the best interest of the beneficiaries, whose rights it represents and not impose obligations on them that are not objectively necessary for the protection of their rights and interests or for the effective management of their rights. 5. The Cooperative enables its members, or the correspondingly represented beneficiaries, to communicate with it by electronic means even to exercise their rights. 6. The Cooperative may set up a single collective management organization with collective management organizations of related rights, as long as it is provided for by law, with the aim of collecting the reasonable and uniform remuneration provided for in article 49 of Law 2121/93 on an absolutely non-profit basis, of whose statutory provisions will be decided by the Board of Directors with the approval of the General Assembly of the Cooperative and to whom it exclusively assigns, in particular, to negotiate, to grant licenses, to agree on the amount of fees, to present the relevant claims for payment, to proceed in any judicial or extrajudicial action, to collect the relevant fee from the users and to distribute it to the respective collective management organizations. 7. The Cooperative can undertake cultural, social and educational activities, and provide related services for the benefit of the beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislative provisions.
