• 69.20.1 The purpose of the company was to operate a travel agency by organising excursions and trips by any means of transport, to conclude contracts with the OSE for the supply of domestic and international tickets, the issue of immigration passports, car brokerage and other related activities of all kinds, to purchase tourist buses of approved types, to operate them for profit by carrying out excursions in Greece and abroad and to develop tourism by any legal means.

• 69.20.10.02 In order to achieve its purpose, the Company may represent any business with the same or similar purpose, to participate in established or existing similar businesses of any type or form, to cooperate with any natural or legal person in Greece or abroad, to provide guarantees to third parties with whom the Company deals, for the benefit of the State, legal persons under public and private law, private individuals and in general for the benefit of any legal or natural person, to the extent that this is permitted.
• 69.20.10.01 1. The purpose of the Company is to carry out the work of statutory auditors, as such work is specified in the Law, and in particular: a) To carry out regular audits of the financial management and the individual or consolidated financial statements of any natural or legal person under private law (domestic or foreign) or legal person under public law, joint ventures and companies (domestic and foreign) and branches of foreign companies, as well as any audit work of any nature and scope, as well as any audit work provided for by law.
