The purpose of the Company is: a) The operation of the multi-storey hotel at 14 Kos Street in Rhodes with the distinctive title "KAKTOS", b) The establishment of Hotel and Tourist Units of all kinds in Rhodes and in any part of Greece, c) The establishment and operation of travel agencies for the attraction and service of tourists and any other business in general connected, directly or indirectly, with the hotel and tourist business, not excluding the purchase and operation of ferry boats and coaches.
• 56.30.10.03 The purpose of the Company is: a) The construction on plots acquired through their contribution by the founders based on this, the exploitation, lease and rental of hotels, catering and holiday centers, refreshment bars, motels, BUNGALOWS, the purchase of real estate for the purpose of construction in those of hotel and tourist units, b) the establishment, organization and exploitation of tourist and travel agencies and the exercise of all kinds of tourism businesses in general, c) the purchase and exploitation of land and sea means of transport for tourist purposes, d) all kinds of representation of Greek and foreign houses, Companies or Offices whose object is Tourism, and e) participation in existing or established Companies or Enterprises of all types that have this or a similar purpose.
